Terms and Conditions

• The winner is the person authorized to become the member.
• The winner can activate the membership within one year from winning the bid.
• Membership includes: Joining fees (7,000 AED) + Gold Membership fees (24,900 AED) + VAT only.
• The member must obtain a UAE boat driving license through the club prior to activating the membership. The club will assist the members in this process.
• Members must provide a 1,000 AED security deposit that is refunded by the end of the membership, or carried on till next year in the case of renewal.
• Gold Membership: Open access to weekdays and weekends from Abu Dhabi marinas. 3 in house captains, 60 days of freezing and 4 complimentary trips from the Dubai fleet.
• The membership cannot be sold or refunded but can be transferred upon management approval with prior request from the winner/holder.
• All club rules, terms and conditions will be discussed with the winner upon activation of the membership with the membership consultant.
