Dareen M. Zoughbi joined GE Healthcare Partners as a Director for the Eastern Growth Markets. Prior to joining GE in November 2017, Dareen led the healthcare consultancy practice as the Chief Executive Officer at Nadereen Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. A senior advisor and a passionate healthcare guru; Dareen's 15 years of professional experience includes working for a U.S. Fortune100 company, a U.A.E. investment firm, an international not-for-profit organization and start-up companies. Dareen's career began with Aflac in 2003, after which she joined Humana Inc. in 2004. During her role at Humana, she led the MENA and GCC business development efforts. Between 2009 and 2014, Dareen held a number of leadership positions at U.A.E. organizations such as Emirates Advanced Investments where she was responsible for strategic development and business performance management. In 2014, Dareen lead the business operations for a homecare agency in Dubai before launching her healthcare consultancy in 2015. She is an active member of AmCham and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors since 2016. Dareen is the Co-Chair of the Healthcare Committee and is the Chairwoman of the Women in Business Committee. Dareen holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School (UK- distinction) and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Manchester.
