Yvette L. Campbell

Yvette L. Campbell is an experienced not-for-profit professional, with demonstrated strengths in executive leadership, strategic planning, business development, fundraising, arts management, institutional marketing, financial reporting, and cultivating client relationships. From 2017 to present, Yvette has been engaged as a Consultant for two well-established Abu Dhabi entities, Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation and Bodytree Studio, to evaluate their business development strategies. In February 2017, Yvette developed and conducted a 5-day training seminar at the request of the U.S. Embassy in Cairo in Arts Management for more than 50 participants from Egypt’s public and private arts sector translated in both Arabic & English. Yvette served as President & CEO of the Harlem School of the Arts (HSA) in New York City from 2011 to 2015, responsible for its highly publicized turnaround. Prior to that, she served as the Founding Director of the Ailey Extension, an adult dance program for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, which she named, developed and managed from its inception. Yvette is dedicated to giving back with more than 18 years of not-for-profit board experience in London, New York City, and at present, Board Trustee for the American Community School of Abu Dhabi.
