Celebrating Tanya Cole’s Service to the U.S.-UAE Business Community

AmCham Abu Dhabi Chairwoman Lina Lampkin hosted a dinner for members of the Board and invited guests in honor of Tanya Cole, former Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
The evening recognized Tanya’s service in the UAE and her contribution to strengthening commercial ties between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
Throughout her tenure, Tanya was a valued partner to AmCham Abu Dhabi and the wider American business community. She worked closely with companies, government stakeholders and business organizations to support U.S. commercial engagement in the UAE.
Her engagement with AmCham Abu Dhabi reflected the importance of close collaboration between the U.S. Embassy and the private sector. Whether supporting dialogue with business leaders, advancing commercial priorities or helping companies navigate opportunities in the market, Tanya brought experience, accessibility and a strong commitment to the U.S.-UAE economic relationship.
The dinner gave those present the opportunity to thank Tanya personally for her partnership and friendship and to reflect on the relationships built during her time in Abu Dhabi.
On behalf of our members, AmCham Abu Dhabi thanks Tanya for her support and wishes her every success in the next chapter of her career.
