AmCham Abu Dhabi Contributes to U.S.–U.A.E. Economic Policy Dialogue

Senior government officials and private sector leaders convened for the U.S.–U.A.E. Economic Policy Dialogue (EPD), hosted by the U.S.–U.A.E. Business Council. The dialogue brought together representatives from multiple sectors to exchange perspectives on policy and commercial priorities shaping bilateral economic engagement.


The forum focused on key areas including energy, technology and digital infrastructure, financial and investment flows, aerospace and defense, critical industries, regulatory alignment, and innovation partnerships. Discussions underscored the importance of coordinated public-private engagement in advancing shared economic objectives between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

AmCham Abu Dhabi contributed to the dialogue through insights and recommendations drawn from its Industry Committees, reflecting the perspective of its membership across strategic sectors. The engagement reinforced AmCham Abu Dhabi’s role as a platform for private sector input on issues central to U.S.–U.A.E. trade and investment cooperation.

Participants included Danny Sebright, President of the U.S.–U.A.E. Business Council; Eric Gaudiosi, Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Mission to the UAE; Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Lina El Labban Lampkin, Chairwoman of AmCham Abu Dhabi.

The convening formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen policy coordination and deepen commercial collaboration across the U.S.–U.A.E. corridor.
