Lina Lampkin is a strategic leader, entrepreneur, and seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience shaping and delivering impactful strategies, policies, and programs across government, private, and non-profit sectors. With deep expertise in business development, governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement, Lina has consistently driven transformation in both public institutions and entrepreneurial ventures in the UAE and the broader MENA region.
Lina is the Chairwoman of AmCham Abu Dhabi. She played a pivotal role over the past ten years with AmCham—leading and founding committees. Her leadership is focused on reorienting AmCham Abu Dhabi toward strategic growth, member engagement, and policy influence, anchoring its role as a key voice for American business in Abu Dhabi.
As the Founder and Managing Director of 3elm Education Consulting, a UAE-based firm, and Edvantage Solutions, a US-based firm, Lina has successfully built platforms that bridge global innovation with regional and global development needs. Her entrepreneurial vision has led to deliver impactful advisory, training, and innovative programs in collaboration with major public and private stakeholders.
Lina’s professional journey includes impactful roles with the U.S. Government, where she managed the Department of State grant for advising at the U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, and strategic positions in several UAE government entities including the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge, and the Ministry of Education, where she served as an advisor/expert in the Minister’s Office until December 2024. She was also a member of the leadership team of an education project at the Salama Bint Hamdan Foundation, driving innovation in education and human capital development.
A recognized global thought leader in education and policy, Lina is an Atlantic Council WIN Fellow, a US Government Franklin Award recipient, and a former NAFSA MENA Regional Representative. She is also an Associate Member of the International Education Consultants Association, reflecting her strong international network and influence.
Lina has completed executive leadership programs at INSEAD, Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and an Executive MBA at Georgetown University.
