With several decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Mokhtar has held senior leadership positions within multinational organizations, leading regional operations across Europe, Eurasia, the Middle East and Africa. His international expertise spans commercial strategy, market expansion, stakeholder engagement and healthcare transformation.

Passionate about improving patient access to medicines, Mr. Mokhtar is recognized for fostering collaboration among stakeholders and building impactful partnerships that support sustainable healthcare ecosystems.
