Emma is the founder of boutique creative and marketing consultancy Xler8AD. Based in Abu Dhabi, she has worked as a consultant and or Account Director to some notable government and private companies both here in Abu Dhabi and across the GCC. Previously Emma set up and ran F1 Custom (a creative content agency within F1 Racing working for Teams and Sponsors across the globe) for 9 years. As Account Director of F1 Custom, Emma delivered content and collateral across multiple languages and platforms in the UAE, Bahrain and Asia. She brings experience of working with some of the biggest global brands across multiple sectors including technology, retail, FMCG, banking, healthcare, automotive, motorsport and education as a Marketing & Content Strategist, Account Director, Production Director, and Strategic Planner.
