Francesca Gori is the Regional Director of Legal at Accenture for Geographic Compliance and Corporate Legal. She leads a team of approximately 60 in-house talented lawyers across Middle East, Africa, ASIA PACIFIC, and LATAM. She is also the General counsel for Accenture in Middle East and General Manager of Accenture in UAE.

Throughout her career, she gained extensive experience in major international law firms providing support to multinational companies. During her 19-year tenure with Accenture, Francesca has been part of several global project implementation initiatives, as well as the set-up of new operations and legal entities globally.

She is an active and recognized member of Accenture’s I&D Leadership team and Global sponsor for Gender Equality in Accenture legal team, which helps grow the next generation of female leaders at Accenture. She is the faculty of the flagship program for talent female senior manager in Accenture. She has been recognized in the region as General Counsel of Year – Women in Law Awards and Middle East Most Inspirational women in Leadership 2022 and 2023.

She is a lecturer for LLM and LLB from Universitè Pantheon Assas–Paris II in DIFC Academy. She seats on the board of directors of Accenture legal entities. She is also a member of Accenture’s Geographic Leadership Council in Middle East.

She is an active member of AmCham Abu Dhabi’s Legal Affairs Committee and has previously served on its Board of Directors.

Francesca holds a Law degree from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University in Rome (Italy) and certified Italian Barrister, and has a strong background in Compliance, Employment Law, Immigration and Corporate law, Data Privacy, and Regulatory matters across Europe and AAPAC. She lives in Dubai with her son Leonardo of 16 years old and enjoys spending time with her family.
