Jareer Oweimrin brings over 20 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, and academia, with a strong background in industry prior to joining the consulting field. He has significant expertise in strategy consulting, professional advisory, and business and process development and definition.

Jareer’s extensive experience in the Middle East and North America, combined with his big-picture orientation, adaptability, intellectual curiosity, talent development, and commitment, distinguishes him as a collaborator and trusted source with global reach.

Academia Experience: As a member of the leadership team at Illinois Business Consulting, the largest student-run consulting firm in the world, Jareer managed more than four projects and led over 20 students towards successful engagement deliveries. Jareer currently manages multiple labor market readiness programs across the GCC delivering value to hundreds of companies and youth. 

Consulting Experience: Jareer’s consulting experience spans various industries, including:
Insurance: Formulated a comprehensive competitive analysis for Allstate, conducted client lifetime value analysis through financial projections and modelling.

Government: Supported the formulation of a five-year strategy for a judicial department, along with organizational cascading architecture, implementation of the office of strategy management, and execution of a capability-building training program. Developed a strategic communication plan for the bureau to be communicated to the public.

Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals: Implemented a sales reporting system at Abbott Laboratories and managed the regional launch of a medical device, including marketing material formulation, representative training, and promotional activities. At Johnson & Johnson, he developed a product-tailored assessment kit for regional operating companies and produced a global competitive analytical report for a new pharmaceutical product.

Media and Advertising: Conducted a comprehensive efficiency and productivity assessment for Middle East Communications to implement a finance and accounting shared service center.
Medical Equipment: Strategy development for pharmaceutical and medical equipment, promotional strategies for nutritional products, and competitive strategy reformulation for insurance.

Utilities: Formulated effective strategies for Taqa Power, a privately held utility company in the Middle East. Conducted workshops on organizational alignment, reporting and analysis, change management, and leadership accountability. Implemented the Strategy Delivery Office, dashboard analysis, business process alignment, governance model, and personal performance sheets.

Educational Background: Jareer holds a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics from Iowa State University, USA, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA.
