Jim Manship is a senior executive with over two decades of experience leading domestic and international programs at Raytheon, an RTX company. As the Regional Director for Strategy & International in MENA, he oversees a team managing significant contracts, strategy, and localization efforts, delivering substantial annual revenue. Jim leads key initiatives, including strategy agreements and partnerships to drive growth and customer alignment.

His expertise in program management, strategic sourcing, and defense systems has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational success. Jim holds degrees in Economics and Strategy & Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and is certified in federal contract management and program management. He is also actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures and community service initiatives.

Jim has been a long-standing member of AmCham Abu Dhabi since 2014. Jim has served on the US-UAE Public Affairs Committee, the Defense, Aerospace and Security Committee, and participated in US Door Knock trips to Washington DC to promote AmCham Abu Dhabi with members of Congress and the Senate.
