Lina Lampkin is an education expert with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing strategies, policies, programs and budgets in the education sector. Lina serves on the boards of directors of AmCham Abu Dhabi as well as 3elm Education and she is an associate member of the International Education Consultants Association. Lina also will be leading the Abu Dhabi Global Innovation Institute Chapter in Abu Dhabi.

In the UAE, Lina worked for the US government managing the Department of State grant for education advising at the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi and then moved to managing education programs in Abu Dhabi at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council. She also worked at local and federal level education entities in the UAE such as ADEK, Salama Bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Foundation and currently in the Ministry of Education supporting their agendas and strategic objectives. 

Lina is married to Vandy Lampkin, a retired US Airforce officer and senior adviser at the UAE ministry of defense and they are the proud parents of Christian Lampkin who is pursuing his PhD in music in the US as well as Rayyan and Kayden Lampkin who are studying at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi.
