Lina Lampkin is an education expert with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing strategies, policies, programs, and budgets within the education sector.

She has worked for the US government, managing the Department of State grant for education advising at the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. She then moved on to managing education programs in Abu Dhabi at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council.

Lina has worked at both local and federal levels of education entities in the UAE, supporting their agendas and strategic objectives. She led divisions in the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge and was among the leadership team of an education project at the Salama Bint Hamdan Foundation. Currently, she supports leadership at the Ministry of Education in an advisory capacity.

Lina is an Atlantic Council WIN fellow and an Associate Member of the International Education Consultants Association. She chairs the Arts, Culture, and Education committee at AmCham Abu Dhabi, as well as the membership committee. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University of Beirut, an executive leadership degree from INSEAD Fontainebleau, and is currently enrolled in a leadership and entrepreneurship program at Georgetown University.

Lina is married to Vandy Lampkin, a retired Air Force officer who serves as a senior adviser at the UAE Ministry of Defence. They are proud parents of Christian Lampkin, who is pursuing his PhD in music in the US, and Rayyan and Kayden Lampkin, who are studying at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi.
