Natasha has close to 3 decades experience in the financial sector, 25 years of which has been in Banks and DFI. During her banking career she covered both Large Corporates and SME sector accounts and held various positions in both Wholesale Banking (corporate relationship management) and Credit Risk and Remedial management department. Some of the positions held by her were Head of Corporate Banking for Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates Region and Head of SME Sector for UAE under the Wholesale Banking Sector and Head SME Credit, Head of Remedial Management and Senior Manager Corporate Credit Risk (Large Groups). Natasha joined ADFD in 2018 as part of the team to establish ADEX, and since she has worked as part of the working group to design and set up the framework for ADEX. Post establishment she has worked with the team on onboarding new transactions and assessing credit risks aspects related to same. Now her role involves overall portfolio management and new products development under ADEX.
