Executive Director
AmCham Abu Dhabi

AmCham Abu Dhabi, part of the global network of American Chambers of Commerce, seeks a dynamic Executive Director to guide its mission and strengthen its role within the US-UAE business community.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director oversees strategy, operations, events, marketing, business development, and member relations. This leadership role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a commitment to open communication, and a strategic approach to growing AmCham Abu Dhabi’s presence and impact. The role also involves pursuing strategic partnerships, managing member communications, and ensuring digital channels remain engaging and current.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of professional experience in the UAE, excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. A master’s degree, Arabic proficiency, and ties to Abu Dhabi’s business and government community are strong advantages. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is preferred.
