Shoaib is an Immigration Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai office with over a decade of experience advising clients, from national governments to startups and large corporations. He manages UAE and Middle East and North Africa immigration processes, and develops and implements reliable, efficient, pragmatic and sustainable immigration programs regionally. One of his focuses is to help startups scale internationally. Shoaib advises clients across a diverse range of industries, including banking and finance, oil and gas, information technology, media, defense and consulting.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Shoaib lead regionally significant national projects for an international financial institution in the development sector as well as the Energy sector in the Middle East.

Shoaib speaks English and is fluent in spoken Urdu.
