Alessandro began his career in 1994 with Hilton in France, after which he worked with a  number world-class hospitality brands including Movenpick and InterContinental, holding  senior positions as the Managing Director of Boscolo Hotels in Italy, and later as a General  Manager of the Hotel de la Paix in Geneva. 

With over 25 years of experience working in over 9 countries including Saudi Arabia, Italy and  Russia, Alessandro offers an in-depth and holistic understanding of the hospitality industry,  an extensive knowledge of luxury brands, and passion for empowering his team with proven  results on the regional and international stage.

Moving to Russia with Kempinski Hotels, Alessandro took on the challenge of managing  Kempinski Nikolskaya whilst overseeing the successful opening of Kempinski Gelendzhik. Taking up his first role in the UAE, Alessandro successfully served as Cluster General  Manager of the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah as well as the Kempinski  Emerald Palace the Palm Dubai, before securing the position as Vice President Operations of Paramount Hotels & Resorts, the first proposition of its kind in the region.

Alessandro brought his extensive level of expertise to the Hilton group in 2019 joining as a Cluster Managing Director overseeing the management and operations for four prestigious  hotels; Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort, Al Hamra Residence and Village, the award winning Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah all before joining Abu Dhabi’s iconic Conrad Abu  Dhabi Etihad Towers as General Manager in 2020.

Fluent in five languages, outside of work Alessandro is a passionate car enthusiast and an avid collector of luxury timepieces.
