Bear Strategies
Christie Bear is the Founder of Bear Strategies, a consultancy that helps AI companies enter or scale across the GCC. She works with founders and executive teams to shape market strategy, engage stakeholders, and drive adoption across enterprise and government. Her clients are solving high-impact challenges using AI — from enabling secure, enforceable financial execution in contracts to maximizing GPU efficiency for greater AI utilization, cost savings, and Sustainability impact.
Previously, Christie was Director of Strategic Programs for MEA at ServiceNow, where she led co-investment strategy, business planning, and regional initiatives including data centers build decisions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. She also created the framework for ServiceNow’s LEAP commitments in KSA, serving as co-global project lead and bridging U.S. leadership with regional execution. She joined ServiceNow through its acquisition of G2K, a German AI company, where she founded and scaled the MEA business and led the regional M&A strategy through to sale.
Before relocating to the UAE, Christie led teams in Wealth Management and Asset Management at Fortune 100 financial institutions in the US, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and driving growth, turnaround, and leadership development. She later joined a fintech firm, where she executed on board directives and unlocked key funding ahead of a successful acquisition.
She is Co-Chair of the AmCham Abu Dhabi Energy Committee, focused on AI and Sustainability, and a member of the Trade & Investment Committee.
