Christina Struller is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs for UPS in the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa (ISMEA), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

She is responsible for engaging key political and policy stakeholders in the region to ensure UPS remains a trusted partner for government agencies and international trade organizations. Her core focus areas and interests are increasing cross border trade, identifying ways to assist SMBs access global markets, sustainability and climate change, and championing diversity and inclusion. She has extensive experience facilitating cross border trade through public affairs, marketing, and sales in the ISMEA region. 

Christina was the UPS Global Public Affairs lead on Dubai Expo 2020 and played an instrumental role in driving UPS’s partnership with Women 20 (W20), the Women’s Engagement Group of the G20, to further UPS’s vision of supporting the growth of women-led businesses in the region. She is also at the forefront of the UPS collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Economy’s “The Entrepreneurial Nation” ScaleUp SME initiative and leads UPS’ partnership with the International Trade Center (ITC) and Dubai Economy for SheTrades MENA, which empowers women entrepreneurs in the region to export and reach the international marketplace.

In addition, she is the chair of the Women Economic Empowerment Committee of the Multinational Companies Business Group (MCBG), serves on the Advisory Council for WEConnect International in MENA and is the co-chair of the UPS Women Leadership Development Business Resource Group in the UAE and co-chair of the UPS ISMEA Sustainability Council. She also serves as a board member at AmCham Abu Dhabi, is an active co-chair of the AmCham Abu Dhabi Women in Business Steering Committee and a member of the AmCham Saudi Arabia Women in Business Committee.

Prior to joining UPS, Christina worked with the American Chamber of Commerce in Abu Dhabi, where she was responsible for building strategic partnerships with private and governmental entities across the region. She has also led industry focus groups for AmCham, in various sectors including healthcare, defense, aerospace, security, and cyber. Christina was influential in creating positive brand awareness, as well as identifying new business opportunities during her time in AmCham.

She also held executive positions in marketing and sales at leading hospitality chains such as Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, and Shangri-La’s Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa in Oman. 

Christina holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde where she graduated with distinction.
