Mrs. Maalouf serves as the Head of Policy and Advocacy for JANZ & Emerging Markets at the global healthcare company Viatris, leading the strategic scope of Public Affairs, Policy, and Corporate Brand Reputation.

Viatris is a global healthcare company with a mission to empower people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life. Viatris provides access at scale, currently supplying high-quality medicines to approximately one billion patients around the world annually and supporting all of life’s moments-from birth to end of life, and from acute conditions to chronic diseases.

Mrs. Maalouf has held several regional roles across multinational pharmaceutical and FMCG companies, overseeing Communications, Market Access, and Advocacy programs for new therapies and improved patient outcomes across multiple geographies, including the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, Southeast Asia, France, and other emerging markets.

She is a passionate executive focused on empowering diverse teams, building a positive corporate reputation, designing public-private partnerships, and connecting stakeholders to create a meaningful footprint in the community and across the healthcare sector.

Mrs. Maalouf leads the company’s strategic engagement with trade associations across the MENA and Eurasia region. She is also actively involved in promoting cross-country and cross-industry collaboration, as well as knowledge exchange among professionals within alumni networks of the institutions she is affiliated with, including the American University of Beirut, HEC Paris, NYU, and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
