Shoaib is a Director at Fragomen’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office with more than a decade of experience advising clients, from national governments to startups and large corporations. He currently manages UAE where he facilitates Middle East and North Africa immigration processes, develops and implements reliable, compliant, efficient, pragmatic, and sustainable immigration programs regionally. Shoaib advises clients across a diverse range of industries, including Banking and Finance, Pharma and Health Sciences, Informational Technology, Media, Defense, and Consulting.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Shoaib led regionally significant national projects for an International Financial institution in the Development Sector as well as the Energy sector in the Middle East.

Shoaib speaks English and is fluent in spoken Urdu.
