Steve Bridgman is a UAE Registered engineer with a master’s degree in management. He has over 38 years of experience in construction program management; healthcare facility management; contract management, design management, construction management; training, operations, and risk management. This has included the preparation of numerous proposals and responses to Request for Proposals for the organizations he has supported. He has lived in Saudi Arabia and in the United Arab Emirates for a total of 22 years. Currently he leads all facility maintenance and construction activities for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, an iconic building of over 4 million square feet.

Previously, he held a similar position for the Abu Dhabi Healthcare Company, SEHA, at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Corniche Hospital. He also served as the Technical Director in the US effort in rebuilding Iraq in the Healthcare Sector that included the design and construction of 151 primary healthcare clinics, 17 maternity hospital renovations and 3 public buildings.

He also served 3 tours in Bosnia as a member of Kellogg Brown and Root in the execution of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). During the tour in 1999, successfully constructed 450,000+ square feet of new buildings to house the US Army Units stationed there.

Mr. Bridgman is an Army veteran in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Key assignments were in the 101st Airborne Division, the 10th Mountain Division and the 75th Ranger Regiment where he was the first Engineer Officer of the Regiment. He also served a tour with the New York District, US Army Corps of Engineers involved in the construction of the new Fort Drum. His last assignment was a facility officer in the US Army Special Operations Command (Reserve).

Mr. Bridgman is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri School of Science and
Technology) with a degree in Mining Engineering. He holds a Masters of Science in Management from the State University of New York – Oswego.
